1. Overview

At One Heart Jewelry, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Each jewelry item is carefully designed and crafted to commemorate life’s most meaningful moments. To uphold product integrity and ensure fairness for both our customers and our brand, the following return and exchange policy applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order with One Heart Jewelry, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.

• The item must be returned in its original condition.

• All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee automatic approval, as all returned items will be inspected to verify their condition.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or bespoke jewelry

• Personalized or engraved items

• Made-to-order designs

• Rings that have been resized or modified

• Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage

• Items that have already been exchanged

Since these pieces are specially produced for individual customers, they cannot be restocked.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team before sending the item back. You will need to provide:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

• Photos of the item if applicable

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide official return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

For security purposes, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

One Heart Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

6. International Returns

For international returns:

• The package must be declared as “Returned Goods”.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

• Incorrect customs declarations may delay or prevent refund processing.

7. Inspection Process

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. If the returned item does not meet our return requirements, One Heart Jewelry reserves the right to:

• Reject the return

• Adjust the refund amount as reasonably needed

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the processing. Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchanged item has a different price, the difference must be paid before shipment. Exchange items must meet the same inspection standards as returns.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the issue and provide appropriate options including repair, replacement, or refund.

11. Chargeback & Fraud Protection

If a chargeback is filed after an item has been delivered or confirmed, One Heart Jewelry reserves the right to provide supporting documentation to the payment provider, including:

• Order confirmation

• Delivery confirmation

• Communication records

• Product inspection records

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

12. Policy Authority

One Heart Jewelry reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy. Policy updates may occur periodically and will apply to future transactions.
