2. Order Preparation & Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

For custom-made or personalized jewelry, additional production time is required. Custom orders generally take approximately 2–4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to you.


3. Shipping Carriers

To provide reliable worldwide delivery, we work with trusted courier partners, including:

  • FedEx

  • DHL Express

  • UPS

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, shipping availability, and operational requirements.

All shipments are carefully packaged and insured for added protection.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, estimated transit times are generally as follows:

For many international destinations, we utilize DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping whenever available.

Under DDP service, applicable import duties and taxes are typically covered by One Heart Jewelry, allowing customers to receive their packages without additional customs charges.

However, customs policies differ from country to country. In certain situations, local authorities may request additional information or documentation before releasing a shipment.


6. Customs Procedures

International packages may be inspected by customs agencies in the destination country.

If additional information is required for customs clearance, customers may be contacted directly by the shipping carrier.

Failure to provide requested information may result in delays, returned shipments, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.


7. Signature Confirmation

For security purposes, certain high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

This requirement helps ensure that valuable jewelry is delivered safely to the intended recipient.


8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

One Heart Jewelry is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

If an order is lost or damaged while being transported by the carrier, we will work directly with the shipping provider to investigate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with:

  • The local courier office

If the package remains missing, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.


12. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to product damage, defects, or shipping errors, the shipment may be treated as a refused order.

Any return shipping charges, customs fees, or related expenses may be deducted from any eligible refund amount.
